SeaChase is a 9-story luxury high-rise located along the popular Gulf Shore Drive on the white sandy beaches of Vanderbilt Beach between Ritz Carlton and La Playa Hotels.

The space

This sun-filled, recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with spacious living and spectacular views from the 8th floor, will provide you with accommodations and amenities that will have you staying in luxury and comfort. This unit features: high ceilings, a wet bar, walk-in closets, laundry room, floor to ceiling windows, screened lanai, and a modern eat-in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances.

Master Bedroom is located on the gulf side of the condo and features 3 windows and a screened sliding glass door to the lanai. You will be able to enjoy the gulf breeze and sound of the waves using this option. The windows do not open for safety reasons.

The Living room features a brand new 55” Samsung smart television.

Amenities include: Direct access to the beach, heated pool, and covered parking. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are provided.

Maximum 4 people per booking, no overnight guests.
7 day minimum rental/Tuesday check-in/out. June-August are 10 day minimum rentals.

Other things to note

Due to building regulations, guests will be required to fill in an application, a copy of valid drivers license, a signed lease and $150.00 resort fee for their booking to be valid. The approval process may take up to 5 days after submission.
A total of a 12% tax will be collected: Collier County 7% and tourist tax of 5 %.

Maximum occupancy 4 people. No additional over night guests. Quiet hours after 9pm. No shoes in the condo. An application with a $100.00 fee is required by building managementand a copy of license. Occupancy taxes of 12% will be collected. Homeowner will require a $1500.00 security deposit and a signed lease on rentals longer than 7 days. Damages to the condo will be deducted from the security deposit.
