Available for Academic winter rental as well as summer – weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals.

Electric, heat, cable, & internet are not included in long term or academic rentals and charged separately. Utilities will be billed separately on a monthly basis.

Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental.

Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. Short term rentals (under 1 week) are available during the midweek only in the summer season. Academic rentals run October 1st – May 14th. Shorter term rentals may be booked during that time but not at the academic rate.
