Safe, Well-lit, and reserved parking spaces available right in front of the unit. Minimum stay~ 30 consecutive days or longer…

The space

The first floor offers a large open kitchen/dining room that opens into a spacious family room. The appliances are in clean working order (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer/dryer).
2 bedrooms each one is:
Freshly painted and decorated, approximately 11×11 room with a large window with mini blinds, room darkening curtains, and over-sized closet. Includes queen bed, nightstands, desk with chair, and area rug on hardwood floors. Bedding and linens supplied.

Half bath on the first floor and a large full size bathroom with shower/tub on the second floor.

Other things to note

Complex is offset from the road so there is plenty of reserved and private parking.
Utilities are included with a $150.00 per month electricity allowance. WiFi and Smart TV are provided.
Application, a copy of license, and minimum 2 moths signed lease is required.
$1500.00 security deposit. (Refundable minus damage)
2 people maximum per unit.

We provide quality “private housing” exclusively for traveling medical professionals…Now, reserving 4 of our residential properties just for you…We OWN and MANAGE all of our properties. They are updated, well maintained, and professionally cleaned.

We enjoy renting to them because they appreciate our efforts, respect, and treat our properties as their own.

We have rented to many traveling medical professionals, nurses as well as docs & interns. They have really enjoyed our housing and we have very much enjoyed meeting them 🙂

Our goal is for everyone to be happy, comfortable, and feel at home…We ask for a 1 month minimum lease agreement to be signed with a refundable security deposit (minus any damages) and a cleaning fee.

Pavilion Club on Vanderbilt

The Pavilion Club is a quaint gated community located west of 41.

The Pavilion Club is tucked away between Pelican Bay and Naples Park located northwest of the intersection of US 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Road in desirable Naples, Florida. Enjoy a gated controlled access entry, a heated pool, planned social activities, and an on-site manager, which provide the perfect setting to enjoy paradise at a great value. There is a large community pool with a clubhouse and a grilling area for your use.

This two-bedroom unit has been recently remodeled and features two bathrooms, a den, eat in kitchen, formal dining/living room area, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated as well. The condo is nestled around a tranquil peaceful tropical courtyard and can be enjoyed while relaxing on the lanai.

The Master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed. 4 televisions are available in the unit, Wi-Fi and cable are included
